1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WibeTrack (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

WibeTrack is developed and maintained by WibeFit (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Description of Service

WibeTrack is a free, AI-powered fitness tracking application that uses on-device machine learning to:

  • Detect body poses using your device's camera
  • Count exercise repetitions automatically
  • Provide real-time form analysis and feedback
  • Track workout metrics during active sessions

All processing occurs entirely on your device. No data is transmitted to any server.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use WibeTrack. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

WibeTrack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

  • The App is intended for general fitness tracking purposes only.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
  • Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
  • AI-based form analysis is provided as guidance only and may not detect all improper form or potential injury risks.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring exercises are appropriate for your fitness level and physical condition.

5. Permitted Use

You may use WibeTrack for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Redistribute or resell the App or any part of it

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WibeTrack — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by WibeFit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Camera Permission

WibeTrack requires camera access to function. By granting camera permission, you acknowledge that your camera feed is processed on-device for pose detection only. No camera data is stored, recorded, or transmitted. You can revoke camera access at any time through your device settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • WibeTrack is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is $0, as WibeTrack is free).

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
