WibeTrack (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is an AI-powered fitness tracking application that uses your device's camera and on-device machine learning to detect body poses, count exercise repetitions, and analyze form in real time.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how WibeTrack handles your information — or more accurately, how it does not.

2. Information We Collect

We collect no information whatsoever.

WibeTrack does not collect, record, store, or transmit any personal data, usage data, or any other information. Specifically:

• No personal information — no name, email, phone number, or account of any kind is required or collected.
• No video or image data — your camera feed is processed in real time on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
• No workout or session data — your exercise data (reps, sets, form scores) exists only during your active session and is permanently lost when you close the app.
• No usage analytics — we do not track how you use the app, how often you open it, or what features you use.
• No device information — we do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, operating system information, or any device metadata.
• No location data — we do not access or track your location.
• No cookies or tracking — the app contains no cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

3. Camera Usage

WibeTrack requires access to your device's camera to perform real-time pose detection. Here is how your camera data is handled:

• Camera frames are processed entirely on your device using Google's MediaPipe machine learning framework.
• Camera frames are analyzed in real time and immediately discarded after processing.
• No images, video, or camera data are ever saved, stored, cached, or transmitted anywhere.
• No camera data ever leaves your device.

4. On-Device Processing

All AI and machine learning processing in WibeTrack occurs 100% on your device:

• Pose detection (33 body landmarks) runs locally using MediaPipe.
• Rep counting algorithms execute on-device.
• Form analysis is computed locally in real time.
• No data is sent to any external server, cloud service, or API.

WibeTrack functions fully offline with no internet connection required.

5. Data Storage

WibeTrack stores no persistent data. All workout session data (repetition counts, posture graphs, form scores) exists only in your device's temporary memory during an active session. When you close the app, all session data is permanently and irreversibly cleared.

The only data stored on your device is the app itself and your preference for the disclaimer acceptance date, which is stored locally using your device's standard preferences system and is never transmitted.

6. Third-Party Services

WibeTrack does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. Specifically:

• No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
• No advertising SDKs or ad networks
• No crash reporting services that transmit data
• No social media integrations
• No third-party tracking of any kind

The app uses Google's MediaPipe framework for on-device pose detection. MediaPipe runs entirely on your device and does not transmit any data to Google or any other party.

7. Children's Privacy

WibeTrack does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we collect no data at all, there is no risk of children's data being collected or misused.

8. Data Security

Since WibeTrack collects and stores no user data, there is no user data that could be breached, leaked, or compromised. Your camera feed and workout data never exist outside of your device's temporary memory during an active session.

9. Your Rights

Under various privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have rights regarding your personal data. Since WibeTrack collects no personal data:

• There is no data to access, export, or delete.
• There is no data processing to opt out of.
• There are no data sharing practices to restrict.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

If we ever make changes that reduce your privacy protections, we will provide prominent notice within the app.
